Tactical Command Industries, a brand of the Safariland Group, presented an innovative new dual communications feature on its popular Liberator III headset. This Radio Audio Channel Enhancement (RACE) feature is patent pending and, unlike other tactical headsets on the market today, allows a single radio to be heard in stereo (to both sides of the headset) even when two radios are connected. The system switches seamlessly from mono to stereo as incoming audio traffic is received by the operator and provides enhanced audio clarity in communications.
“TCI has always been an innovator in the industry and the Liberator III RACE feature is a great example of this,” said Scott Carnahan, Vice President, Equipment Category. “This truly unique enhancement will provide clarity for the operator and better overall communications.”
The flagship of TCI’s product line, rugged and durable Liberator headsets provide exceptional communications and hearing protection with 360 degree situational awareness to military and law enforcement personnel.
