DSEI 2015: Elbit Systems Presents Innovative Capabilities and Solutions

With the UK being one of its primary markets, Elbit Systems intends to grow its existing UK business by leveraging its global experience and reputation, bringing proven advanced technologies and innovative solutions to meet the specific UK market needs, as well as  to grow its exports from the UK.

On booth  S10-140, Elbit Systems  presents a wide array of innovative solutions:

• Kinetics - Auxiliary Power Unit (APU) – a auxiliary Power Unit enables operating the vehicle’s systems while the main engine is off. The APU allows the vehicle to operate in silent mode/ambush by reducing thermal signature and noise level. The unit increases the power demand and decreases operational costs. The APU also improves the crew’s performance by minimising exposure to noise, heat and vibrations and reducing fatigue.
• Kinetics - Life Support Systems (LSS) - a life Support System Includes chemical, biological, radiological and nuclear (NBC/CBRN) protection and filtration. The system also includes heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC) either individual or to the crew compartment. The LSS can be powered by the platform’s engine or can be self-propelled while operated by an Auxiliary Power Unit. 
• TREASURES - a tactical reconnaissance and surveillance enhanced system, is a comprehensive system of unattended ground sensors (UGS). The system facilitates full situational awareness and round-the-clock border protection by enabling a quick and efficient sensor-to-shooter cycle. The system uses a broad network of sensor clusters, breakthrough sensing technologies, dedicated communication protocols, and robust data analysis capabilities. The system features a small form factor, light weight components, low maintenance and rapid deployment time, which enables seamless integration with third party sensors, subsystems and C4I systems.
• Warning Systems -The Laser Warning System (E-LAWS) and Threat Detection System (TDS) accurately detect, categorise and pinpoint laser sources such as rangefinders, designators, beam riders, infrared illuminators and trainers. 
• Fire Control Systems - Highly accurate, modular and reliable our fire control systems are  battle-proven and adaptable to a wide range of AFVs and tanks. 

Elbit Systems' Overhead Remote Controlled Weapon Station (ORCWS), with dual-axis stabilisation, provides a high first-round hit probability while shielding the operator from danger. 

• GRX 8000, a new launch, is the latest generation NATO Band IV, dual mode high capacity (HC) mode and frequency radio relay system. The Tadiran GRX-8000 is jamming resistant ECCM, enabling interference-free communications across the battelfield. These radio relay systems are battle proven and in use with the Israel Defense Forces and other armed forces around the globe.
• Tadiran PNR-1000 – is an advanced Personal Network Radio (PNR) for Infantry and Special Forces that provides on-the-move situational awareness. Ideal for deployed combat units, the lightweight radio integrates high-quality intra-team voice communications with a C4I application computing unit.
• Tadiran MCTR 7200 - Family of tactical software-defined radios offering superior operational versatility for maneuvering platforms and dismounted soldiers.The Tadiran MCTR-7200 is a family of multi-band and multi-waveform tactical IP radios that feature a uniquely designed software communications architecture, an intuitive user interface and multiple configuration options. This multi-use, single platform contains powerful programmable hardware that offers advanced MANET capabilities along with reliable triple play services - voice, video and data - simultaneously over a single narrowband tactical 25KHz channel as well as high speed data over wideband channels.
• Tadiran HF-8000 - are multi-adaptive HF radio systems for continuous long-range communications. Expanding the traditional boundaries of HF communications, while maintaining user-friendliness and operational efficiency, this HF SSB/2-ISB radio system features cutting-edge technology, ensuring robust and reliable communications even in the harshest battlefield conditions.
• Tadiran VIC-500I -  is an advanced, reliable and customisable digital intercommunication system for fighting vehicles. It is a 4th generation digital vehicular intercommunication system, meeting the most demanding  operational scenarios and easily tailored to specific requirements.
• Military IP Radio (MIPR) - is a next-generation tactical IP radio delivering high-speed broadband data communications to the battlefield.  Manpacked or mounted, the MIPR is a lightweight (4kg) tactical IP radio that delivers ultra-high bandwidth, real-time high-resolution video, images, voice and data. The MIPR provides connectivity for dozens of members per network. The system supports a variety of configurations including point-to point , point-to-multipoint and mobile ad-hoc networks (MANET).
• ELSAT  MSR 2100TB - Low-Profile, High-Throughput Military Tri-Band SOTM Antenna. The low profile ELSAT 2100 offers reliable performance in Ka, Ku and X bands, offering uninterrupted triple play communications while the vehicle is in motion. Supporting high downlink rates of over 10Mbps and uplink rates of over 5Mbps, the antenna delivers best-in-class RF performance for every given size.
• DOMINATOR IICS - Integrated Infantry Combat System - The DOMINATOR suite of solutions – Basic, Light and Commander, are integrated infantry combat systems that enable full situational awareness across all military echelons. DOMINATOR dramatically shortens the sensor-to-shooter loop with unprecedented speed, enhancing the combat effectiveness of the dismounted soldier.The main systems components include: an eyepiece, RAPTOR, personal digital unit, planing display and CORAL C.
• Dominator - Light Dismounted (LD) -is a soldier centric solution, based on the vast experience accumulated by Dominator, and is geared specifically for the tactical dismounted infantry soldier and Special Forces. Enabling full situational awareness via network-integrated information systems, this unique solution provides superior mobility due to its reduced size, weight and power (SWaP).
• Combat NG - The latest generation of C4I systems for field artillery, Combat NG establishes an autonomous artillery array, achieving an effective fire support process. Combat and field proven across the globe, Combat NG manages all aspects of artillery operation, from platform to the brigade level and  enables a short sensor-to-shooter loop, thereby increasing the combat effectiveness of the combined force.
• TORC2H- All-in-one C4I system – is a solution that covers all army branches and echelons, enabling universal situational awareness as well as in-depth collaborative mission planning and management based on real-time information, and an always-updated common operational picture.
• WinBMS (Weapon-Integrated Battle Management System) – is a networked integrated battle management solution enhancing the connectivity and coordination of maneuvering forces at the tactical level, increasing its lethality and survivability.

SKYLARK I-LEX - is a new generation of the legacy SKYLARK I-LE mini-UAS. The SKYLARK  I-LEX, based on years of technical expertise  and operational experience,  is a man-portable electric propelled UAS, best fitted for organic “beyond the next hill” reconnaissance, counter insurgency and force protection missions, as well as civil applications including perimeter security, border and coastal surveillance, anti-terror and a variety of law enforcement missions.
HERMES 90 - provides an optimized combination of high-end tactical UAS characteristics, with high mobility, rapid deployment, point-launch and recovery in harsh field conditions, at a significantly lower cost than comparable tactical UAS.
HERMES 450 – a versatile, high performance, long-endurance system, is a major player in Israel's ongoing security activities. Equipped with Elbit Systems' DCoMPASS EO/IR/LD gimbaled electro-optical payload, this UAS can also incorporate  a wide range of payloads including SAR/GMTI & MPR radar, ESM/ELINT, COMINT/DF, Large Area Scanning / Survey system, hyper-spectral payload and more, enabling selected dual payload configurations such as EO/IR and COMINT.
HERMES 900 -  The company's latest generation UAS provides longer endurance, a flight altitude of 30,000 ft. and a large payload capacity, suitable for carrying a wide range of payloads as well as capabilities to operate in adverse weather. The UAS is highly autonomous, enabling automatic takeoff and landing and includes advanced avionics and electronic systems.
