Barco and its valued partners showcase innovative visualisation technologies for simulation and training (S&T) on booth 1513.
Barco's single-chip DLP F50 projector offers the, according to the company, perfect combination of price and performance packaged in a low-maintenance design. Developed specifically for S&T, the F50 features native WQXGA (4.1 MP) resolution, creating smooth, smear-free images at 120Hz for critical, fast moving training applications. At I/ITSEC, attendees can experience the smoothness of the 8.2MP visual of two blended F50 projectors in a fly-over Seattle, with a database generated by Diamond Visionics.
FS35 IR series projectors offer, according to the company, unprecedented day, night and IR stimulated simulation featuring Smear Reduction Processing (SRP) displaying flicker-free, fast moving content. 0-100% adjustable visible RGB dimming properties makes it ideal for transitioning between day, dusk and night-time training. At I/ITSEC, attendees can experience the projectors in use at Immersive Display Solutions (booth 1580) and at Bohemia Interactive Simulations (booth 2248) in their multi-channel dome setups.
The Barco F50 is, according to Barco, the world’s first lamp-based single-chip DLP projector that combines native WQXGA (2,560 x 1,600) and Panorama (2,560 x 1,080) resolution with active 3D stereo and high frame rates. Designed for 24/7 operation, the F50’s total cost of ownership is reduced to a minimum thanks to its reliable DLP technology, filter-free design, and low maintenance needs. The compact F50 projector is suited for a wide variety of demanding applications in virtual reality, simulation and training, visitor attractions, collaboration suites and scientific visualisation.
With its cutting-edge optics that deliver razor-sharp images, the F50 displays flawless images with vivid colors, and rich in contrast. Producing low noise levels, it also features RealColor colour management, Smear Reduction Processing and high frame rates. The F50 boasts four different digital input sources and a wide range of expansion modules and high-quality projection lenses.
